Before working with Lucia I had done years of personal development work and counseling.

From working with Lucia for just 3 months, my mental & emotional well-being has dramatically improved. I have more energy, more clarity, more physical space, and more mental room to grow. I recently stopped seeing my therapist because Lucia's coaching has been so effective. 

I juggle a lot and I was worried about whether I could handle the work that would be involved in her coaching practice. 

Not only have I not had to do more "work" to see results; if anything, I am doing less now.

Her assertive approach has taught me how to honor, protect, and value myself by using my voice more effectively. With Lucia's coaching, I have been able to unpack all the components of my perceived weaknesses in ways I never knew was possible. Behaviors like buffering, sugarcoating, denial, and self-doubt have been releasing from my system naturally through this work. 

Before I constantly felt depleted and unable to identify what was draining my energy, now I feel satiated because I honor my own standards, And I’m not creating the same stories any longer about situations and people in my life. 

I struggled with shame that was physically, mentally, & spiritually debilitating. Lucia has guided me in discovering and processing the root cause of my shame - the stories I was telling myself. That's where we began - identifying subconscious storylines. Raising my awareness from both a neurological & spiritual standpoint has radically altered the way I witness my thoughts. 

By realizing that I can change my storylines, and having dropped old stories. I feel lighter and more whole than ever.

She helped guide me through an election process in my city, and stay focused, not on the drama of the election process, but on what matters in my service to my town, and I was elected to city council as a direct result of her powerful support.  

I now show up in a totally different way in my life. And my gifts are truly coming online.
